What time is check-in/check-out? Do you provide late check-out?
I’d like to authorize another person to check-in on my behalf. How do I do that?
We will need to send a Credit Card Authorization form. Please contact us for more information.
Are we allowed extra guests or visitors to stay with us?
The only guests permitted to stay at the resort and access amenities are those on the primary guest list.
Is there a security deposit at the time of check-in?
There is an incidental deposit upon check-in. It is $300 per stay.
How far is the property from the attractions? Is there transportation to attractions?
We are located within 10 to 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and 20 to 25 minutes from SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Orlando Resort. We offer complimentary shuttles to theme parks (Opens a new window). Reservations are required and can be confirmed with Concierge. We also provide shuttle service to Orlando International Airport for an additional charge.
Is there a supermarket nearby?
Yes, there is a nearby Target (0.5 mile), Publix Super Market (0.9 mile), and Walmart (2.3 miles).
Are all the cottages set up the same?
No, each cottage is unique and provides varied features. We offer 1- to 8-bedroom cottages with different views, in-home amenities (game rooms, private pools, etc.), bed sizes and setup, and square footage.
Do cottage guests receive the same services and amenities as hotel guests?
Yes, we provide the same services and offer the same amenities for hotel and cottage guests.
Do you allow pets?
We are a pet-friendly resort. There is a $40 + tax daily fee with a maximum of 2 pets per cottage.
Is there a resort fee? What does it include?
Resort fees vary per cottage. Please contact us for more specific rates. The resort fee includes:

Do all cottages have a private pool and spa? Is there an additional cost for heating?
No, not all cottages have pools and spas, but we can put in a request for the spa.
The heat is complimentary for pools, spas, and hot tubs.
Can passes be bought for Island H2O Water Park?
What kind of parking is available for guests?
Each cottage rental includes 2 parking passes. If additional parking is needed, there will be a hotel fee. Self-parking is $25 per day, and valet parking is $35 per day.
Is there a minimum length of stay?
Yes, there is a 2-night minimum length of stay.
Is there dining or catering available? Is there a spending minimum for catering?
Yes, for dining, we have multiple options: Euphoria Fish House (Opens a new window), Provisions (Opens a new window), and Salty Rim Bar & Grill. For catering, we have a full-service team ready for all events. We also offer grocery delivery service and chef experience. A minimum spending will depend on the type of space you are requiring. Please contact our events team for further information.
What wedding/event/meeting space do you have on site?
We have our Compass Ballroom that is over 7,000 square feet, an event lawn covering 15,000 square feet, a beautiful Anchor Terrace, and 7 additional event space rooms. Please contact concierge or our events team and they will be able to assistant with rentals.
What is the hold time for group blocks? Can we book cottages that are next to each other?
Our standard hold time is 30 days prior to arrival. We try our best to block groups near each other. This will depend on availability at the time.
Do you offer ADA-compliant accommodations and amenities?
We offer some mobility-friendly accommodations that include roll-in showers, lights, ground floor bedrooms, and ramps. Resort pools also offer chair lifts and all public areas are ADA-accessible. Please contact concierge for more information.
Is there 24/7 on-site security?
Yes, we have security on-site at all times and a manned entrance gate.
