The park is situated right next to the resort and offers over 20 experiences, including thrill rides, a wave pool, a lazy river, and a children’s area, ensuring entertainment for people of all ages. The private cabanas and adult-only area serve as spots for relaxation for adults while their children play in the park.

If I booked last year for a stay in March, do I qualify for water park access?
Complimentary access to Island H2O is available for Cottage & Villas guests with reservations made on or after January 2, 2025.
If your reservation was made before these dates, water park access is not included.

Does this apply to guests who booked through Airbnb?
In most cases, no. Guests must book through Margaritaville Resort Orlando, Margaritaville Cottages Orlando, or V Stays to receive water park access.
However, if you booked an Airbnb unit managed by an approved management company (Rentyl or V Stays), you will have access.

Is there a shuttle available to and from the water park?
Yes, shuttle service is available for guests staying in the cottages/villas.

How many tickets do I receive, and how do I pick them up?
Water park vouchers will be provided upon check-in, with one voucher per day for each guest on the reservation, up to the maximum room occupancy. Simply present your voucher at the water park entrance to exchange it for tickets.

What if my reservation doesn’t include water park access? Am I able to get discounted tickets?
Guests without included water park access can visit the concierge desk in the hotel lobby to purchase discounted tickets to the water park.

How do I get my tickets?
At check-in, you’ll receive a voucher for each day of your visit. The voucher will include the guest’s name and the maximum number of guests allowed. Simply present your voucher at the water park entrance to exchange it for tickets.

This park takes parents into consideration with its cabanas designed for resting periods in between activities. Guests can choose between Standard, Suite, and Ultimate Cabana rentals, depending on how much they need to unwind. The cabanas’ amenities provide a luxurious experience for parents, and you can use the private domain pool to cool off after a long day under the sun.
Fun for Kids
Children who aren’t ready yet for the drops, twists, and turns of the park’s larger attractions can find fun at Pelican’s Paradise. This area offers water adventures in a playground-like environment, and Virtual Village lets children take pictures of their activities to add to the family’s vacation photo collection.
